The patent work we offer to our clients includes drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications in France, before the European Patent Office and in all countries around the world. We handle cases before the European Patent Office (EPO) either for our own customers or based on instructions from overseas companies and associates, notably from the USA and Japan. A notable part of our EPO patent work is in English, the predominant EPO official language, all the partners in the firm being fluent in English. We also have partners fluent in German within the firm. We provide a full range of advice services in addition to the filing and prosecution of patent applications, including:

In particular we have considerable experience before the Opposition Divisions and Appeal Boards of the European Patent Office, before the French Patent Office Court (in which we as Chartered French Patent Attorneys can act either with or without solicitors or barristers as required) and before the Patents Court.
